Returns Policy
Standard Returns:
Most unused, regularly stocked items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date (excluding items listed under “Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items”).
To begin a return:
- Email ExpressKitchQuip@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a request for a return label.
- Our customer care team will provide a Return Authorization (RA)and detailed instructions.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Customers are also responsible for arranging return shipping and paying any applicable freight costs.
Other Types of Returns
- Special order items, including custom fabricationsand most furniture, cannot be returned.
- Items shipped directly from a manufacturerrequire authorization from that manufacturer. Our customer care team can assist with that process.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable and final sale:
- Used equipment and supplies
- Special order or custom items
- Closeout and clearance products
- Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food, disposable cups, lids, or plates)
- Aerosol products or items containing flammable liquids
- Hazardous materials (Hazmat)
- Furniture
- Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories)
Restocking Fees
- To maintain competitive pricing, all returns incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Please note that “free shipping” applies only to the original outbound shipment.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
Defective Merchandise
If your item arrives defective, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. Our team will help guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Missing or Damaged Items
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and verify contents against the packing slip.
Order Cancellations
- Open Orders: Contact us before the order ships to cancel without penalty.
- Shipped Orders: You may refuse delivery or accept the shipment and initiate a return (standard restocking and shipping fees apply).
- Received Orders: Contact our customer care team for a Return Authorization.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Addresses
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Verify your address and business name are correct at checkout.
- PO Boxes cannot be used for freight shipments.
- Residential deliveries will incur additional fees.
- Include a valid phone number for carrier contact and delivery coordination.
Multiple Shipments
Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. You will only be charged shipping on the first shipment.
Shipping Partners & Freight
We partner with multiple carriers to secure the best rates.
- Standard shipments under 150 lbs are sent via ground carriers.
- Oversized or heavy items ship by freight carrier.
- If you need a specific delivery date or expedited freight, contact our sales team for a quote.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping is available for most products (excluding freight).
Options include:
- Ground: 1–5 business days
- 3-Day: 3 business days
- 2-Day Air: 2 business days
- 1-Day Air: Next business day
Availability varies by product and destination.
Delivery Classifications
- Commercial Address: Business with tractor-trailer access or loading dock, open 9 AM–5 PM.
- Residential / Non-Commercial Address: Homes, schools, and churches (even if a business is run there).
Freight carriers will contact you to schedule large deliveries.
Free Shipping Policy
Free standard ground shipping applies only to select products shipping within the contiguous U.S.
- Remote or island locations may incur additional fees.
- Expedited, inside delivery, or liftgate services are not included.
Products eligible for free shipping are clearly marked on our website.
Freight Receiving Procedures
Please inspect all freight shipments before signing for delivery:
- Compare boxes and labels to your Bill of Lading.
- Check for visible damage — dents, punctures, broken pallets, or torn shrink wrap.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- If damage is severe, refuse deliveryand contact us immediately at 888-832-7992.
- Even if everything looks perfect, sign “subject to inspection”on the receipt.
All concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days.
Liftgate Service
A liftgate is required if your delivery location lacks a loading dock or forklift.
- Liftgate safely lowers heavy items (over 75 lbs) to ground level.
- Inside delivery is not included but may be quoted separately upon request.
Parts Policy
- Parts and special-order components cannot be returned or refunded.
- Lead times may exceed 14 business daysdepending on availability.
- By ordering parts, you agree to manufacturer terms and shipping costs.
