How to choose
Single or double deck
A double deck bakes two pizzas at once with separate controls. A single deck suits low volume and small counters.
Voltage
The 120V models plug into a standard outlet. The 240V double deck models need a dedicated circuit.

Frequently asked questions
Deck oven or conveyor oven for pizza?
Deck ovens bake directly on a stone or steel deck for a crisp, traditional crust. Conveyor ovens move pizzas through on a belt for consistent, high volume output with less skill needed.
Are they certified?
The Cookline models are ETL listed.
Do you have prep tables?
Yes. See pizza prep tables.
Is freight included?
Yes. Freight and liftgate delivery are included on every order to the continental United States, with nothing added at checkout.
What to check before you order
Decide on fuel first, because it sets the installation. A gas oven must match your gas type, natural or propane, and needs a hood per local code. An electric oven must match the voltage and phase at your panel. Next, size the deck by the pies you bake at peak: lay out your largest pizza diameter and count how many fit. Measure doorways and check the floor can carry the weight. A common mistake is forgetting preheat time when planning the opening routine.
