Why a dry bakery case
Baked goods without cream or fresh fruit, such as bread, croissants, muffins, cookies, bagels and donuts, keep their texture better at room temperature. A dry case protects them from handling and dust and shows them off at the register, without the running cost of a refrigerated case.

How to choose
Curved or straight glass
Curved glass gives a classic bakery look with a wide view of the product. Straight glass looks modern and lines up neatly beside other equipment.
Size
Measure the counter and leave room for the register and a work area. A 22" case suits a coffee shop showing a few items; a 45" to 57" case holds a full pastry display.
Service side
Check whether the case opens from the back for staff service or the front for self service, and place it so staff can reach the doors easily.
