Frequently asked questions
Are they certified?
Yes. The Coldline fish cases are ETL listed.
Do you have deli cases?
Yes. See deli display cases.
Is freight included?
Yes. Freight and liftgate delivery are included on every order to the continental United States, with nothing added at checkout.
What to check before you order
Decide where the case will sit before looking at sizes. A countertop sushi case belongs on the bar in front of the chef, while a floor case for whole fish and fillets faces the customer aisle. Measure the counter or floor space, then check which end holds the compressor, since that end needs open air and should not crowd the chef. Compare the temperature range on the product page with what you plan to hold. A common mistake is ordering by length alone and ignoring door access.
