What to check before you order

Start with your dish machine. Most commercial machines take a full size rack about 20 inch square, but confirm that in the machine manual before ordering. For glassware, pick the compartment count that fits the widest part of the glass with little room to spare, then add extenders until the rack wall stands taller than the glass. Buy enough racks to keep one loading, one washing and one drying. Compartments that are too wide let glasses tip and chip.
