Solid door reach-ins, worktops and prep tables are for the kitchen, where holding temperature matters most. Glass door merchandisers, open air coolers and salad bars are for selling to customers.

Where it goes

Measure doorways, aisles and the space itself, and leave clearance for the compressor to breathe. Undercounter units need the counter height checked.

Certification
