What to check before you order
Measure the gap in your bar line first, since a drainboard has to fit between the sink, ice bin and any refrigeration. Match the front to back depth and working height of the neighboring underbar pieces so the tops line up. Then decide how much landing space you need for wet glassware during a busy shift, because too little space pushes glasses onto the bar top. Check where the drain outlet sits and confirm you have a floor drain or plumbing connection within reach.
