This Spec Series® unit is powered by an advanced capillary tube refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, offering energy-efficient performance with zero ozone depletion. Electronically commutated fan motors circulate air evenly throughout the cabinet while producing minimal heat and consuming less energy, ensuring stable temperatures across all sections.

To support long-term performance, the condenser features automatic reverse fan technology. At the start of each cooling cycle, the fan briefly runs in reverse to push dust and debris off the condenser coil. This self-cleaning action helps maintain efficiency, reduce energy usage, and extend equipment lifespan, while still allowing easy access through the slide-out rear condensing unit for routine maintenance.

The stainless steel exterior and interior are built for durability and sanitation, with coved interior corners and high-density polyurethane insulation that simplify cleaning and improve thermal retention. A seamless, integrated backsplash prevents spills and food particles from collecting behind or beneath the unit. Temperature monitoring is straightforward thanks to the external digital temperature display.
