Built for durability, the merchandiser includes a white powder-coated exterior with a black front that resists chipping and peeling in high-traffic areas. The interior stainless steel floor includes a built-in drain, allowing quick and efficient cleanup. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps retain cold air while adding structural strength to the cabinet.

This model maintains safe product temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system charged with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The bottom-mounted condensing unit allows easier access for service and maintenance while slightly raising the bottom shelf to keep products within clear customer view. Electronically balanced evaporator and condenser fan motors circulate air evenly, reducing energy consumption and heat output.

To improve long-term efficiency, the condensing fan motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds at compressor startup, helping remove dust and debris from the condensing coil.
