Additionally, the included transparent pan cover ensures your food remains fresh and protected at all times. With an expansive 21.75 cubic feet of interior space, you’ll have ample room to store all of your salads, fruits, and toppings.

Three removable plastic-coated steel shelves provide flexibility, allowing you to adjust and customize the interior to your specific needs. The unit also comes with one tray slide included, offering your guests or staff members a convenient place to set their trays while they browse your selection of cold foods. Pre-drilled holes on both the front and back of the CBT-72-CSG 72″ Refrigerated Salad Bar, Buffet Table allow you to install an additional tray slide (sold separately) for added convenience.

Featuring a powerful 2/3 HP refrigeration system, the CBT-72-CSG 72″ Refrigerated Salad Bar, Buffet Table maintains a consistent temperature range of 33-41°F, ensuring your food stays fresh and safe. The digital control system allows you to easily monitor and adjust the temperature, while the vented stainless steel divider keeps the top food section and bottom storage section completely separate — meeting health code requirements in many states.
