The Hatco UGFF-120-T-QS Ultra-Glo™ Portable Fry Warmer Dump Station uses ceramic heating elements to keep its holding area warm. Since the heating elements at the top of the station are distant from the holding area, they keep the product’s temperature at an ideal level for serving. Turning the unit on and off requires little effort since it has a built-in toggle switch. The aluminum housing is enhanced by a clear, anodized finish, so the Hatco UGFF-120-T-QS Ultra-Glo Portable Fry Warmer Dump Stationr can withstand frequent use.
