Engineered with a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system, this unit utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to consistently maintain temperatures at -10°F, making it ideal for frozen foods, ice cream, and prep-line ingredients.

To ensure uniform cooling, high-efficiency condenser and evaporator fan motors circulate air evenly throughout the cabinet while minimizing heat production and energy consumption. The epoxy-coated evaporator provides added protection against corrosion, extending the life of the refrigeration system. For simplified servicing, the rear-mounted condensing unit slides out, allowing fast access for cleaning and maintenance.

This freezer also features a self-cleaning condenser system that improves long-term performance. Each time the compressor cycles on, the condenser fan motor briefly reverses airflow to help remove dust and debris from the condensing coil. This process supports consistent cooling, reduces strain on the system, and helps lower overall energy usage when paired with routine preventive maintenance.

Constructed for heavy commercial use, the exterior includes stainless steel on the front, top, and ends, paired with a GalFan-coated steel back for added durability.
