Built with a full stainless steel cabinet, this unit features a seamless one-piece countertop and backsplash that helps prevent spills, moisture, and food particles from collecting beneath the unit. Inside, the stainless steel interior with coved corners simplifies cleaning and meets commercial sanitation standards. Temperature adjustments are managed through an electronic control system with a digital display, providing accurate and easy monitoring.

The refrigeration system uses a self-contained capillary tube design with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering energy-efficient cooling with minimal environmental impact. High-performance fan motors circulate air evenly throughout the cabinet while producing very little heat, helping maintain uniform temperatures across stored products.

To support long-term efficiency, the condenser coil is equipped with an automatic 20-second fan reversal at the start of each cycle. This process helps clear dust and debris from the coil, improving airflow and system reliability when paired with routine preventive maintenance. The rear-mounted condensing unit slides out, allowing faster service access, while the epoxy-coated evaporator adds corrosion protection.

Storage flexibility is provided by four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, each supported by chrome-plated shelf clips and adjustable in ½-inch increments. The self-closing doors swing within the cabinet footprint and remain open at 90 degrees for convenient loading. Each door includes a durable all-metal handle, a strong positive seal, and a tool-free removable magnetic gasket. Doors are also lockable for added product security.
