Each door includes a 12-inch recessed handle that is permanently secured for long-term durability. Inside the cabinet, four PVC-coated wire shelves adjust in ½-inch increments, providing flexible organization for a variety of food pans and supplies.

Built to withstand heavy use, the exterior is constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, and doors, while the rear features GalFan-coated steel for added corrosion resistance. The interior includes a clear-coated aluminum liner that wipes down easily, along with a stainless steel floor with coved corners to help prevent food debris buildup. The cabinet and doors are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, enhancing temperature retention and structural strength.

The self-contained refrigeration system uses a capillary tube design with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining consistent cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors circulate air evenly throughout the cabinet while operating efficiently and producing minimal heat.
