This buffet warmer features a dual-heating system, using a metal-sheathed infrared heating element above and a thermostatically controlled heated base below. The adjustable base temperature range of 80°F to 200°F ensures consistent, even heat across food pans while reducing heat loss at the edges.

For sanitation, plexiglass sneeze guards protect food from contaminants without blocking customer visibility. Shatter-resistant incandescent lights illuminate the food pans, improving product visibility and merchandising appeal. The open countertop design allows easy access for customers during service.
