Description
The Dukers DSP series is a refrigerated prep table: a cold base that holds your backup product, and a chilled rail on top that holds your 1/6-size pans within arm’s reach. A cutting board sits between the two so one person can build sandwiches, salads, subs or pizza toppings without walking away from the line. Every model is brushed stainless steel inside and out, runs on a standard 115V outlet, and rolls on 6″ locking casters.
Key specifications
- Type: Refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table
- Finish: Stainless steel
Three choices get you to your model: how long, which top, and doors or drawers underneath.
1. Standard Top or Mega Top?
Both tops chill the same way. The difference is how many pans sit up there.
- Standard Top keeps a single row of pans along the back and leaves you the most open cutting-board space. Right for sandwich shops, delis and anywhere the build is three or four ingredients deep.
- Mega Top packs a wider, deeper pan rail across the top — roughly 50 to 65 percent more pans in the same footprint — at the cost of some board space. Right for salad bars, poke and burrito lines, pizza make tables and anywhere the ingredient list is long.
- A 48″ Mega Top (18 pans) holds more than a 60″ Standard Top (16 pans). If you are short on wall space but long on ingredients, go Mega before you go longer.
2. Doors or drawers?
This is the choice most people do not know they have, and it changes how the station works.
- Doors – open the cabinet and you see everything, on adjustable shelves. Cheaper, holds bulk and odd-shaped cases, and easier to deep clean. The default for most kitchens.
- Drawers – pans of prepped product slide out to you at waist height, so the cook never bends or lets cold air fall out of an open door. Faster on a busy line and better at holding temperature during service. Drawer models run a bigger compressor and cost more.
- Mixed use? Doors. Repetitive, high-volume assembly with the same handful of items? Drawers pay for themselves in speed.
3. Which length?
- 29″ – one door or two drawers, 8 or 12 pans. Fits a gap in a line, a food truck, or a second station.
- 36″ – two doors or two drawers, 10 or 15 pans.
- 48″ – two doors or four drawers, 12 or 18 pans. The most common single-operator sandwich station.
- 60″ – two doors or four drawers, 16 or 24 pans. Room for two people without bumping elbows.
- 72″ – three doors or six drawers, 18 or 30 pans. A full production line.

Common Questions
Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a plumber or electrician?
Usually not. Most refrigeration plugs into an outlet, so check the voltage and plug type in the specifications above. After delivery, let it stand upright for several hours (ideally 24) before plugging it in so the refrigerant can settle.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, shown on this page. Keep your delivery paperwork, and inspect the unit for freight damage before signing for it.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
Equipment like this ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, so pickup usually is not available. If you are in the NJ/NY area, call 877-558-2253 and we will check for you.
