What we carry

Thunder Group 18" x 26" full size and 18" x 13" half size sheet pans in 12, 16 and 18 gauge aluminum, perforated, glazed and non-stick versions, stainless steel sheet pans, 2", 3" and 4" deep round cake pans, a 12" pie pan and a bake pan with handles. For storage there are 10 and 20 tier bun pan racks, wall mounted and table-mounted racks, and a countertop rack.

How to choose

Gauge

A lower gauge number means thicker metal. Heavier 12 and 16 gauge pans resist warping in hot ovens; 18 and 19 gauge pans are lighter and cost less.

Perforated or solid

Perforated pans let air reach the bottom of bread and rolls for a crisper crust. Solid pans suit cookies, sheet cakes and roasting.

Racks

A 20 tier rack holds a full oven load of full size pans; check that it fits under your hood and through doorways.

What size sheet pan do I need?

A full sheet pan is 18 x 26 in. and fits full size ovens and racks. A half sheet is 18 x 13 in. and fits half size ovens and most home style racks.
