How to choose

Full height, half height or countertop

A full height 20 tier rack holds the most and rolls to the oven or walk-in. A half height 10 tier rack fits under a counter or next to a work table. Countertop and wall racks keep pans off the floor in small kitchens.

Pan size

Standard racks take full size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or two half size 13" x 18" pans side by side on each slide.

Aluminum

Welded aluminum racks do not rust, are light enough to move when loaded, and clean up easily.

Casters

Mobile racks roll on casters; choose models with brakes so a loaded rack stays put.
