Description
The Prepline GST30-2O is a 32 in. two well gas steam table for serving hot food from a counter line, buffet or catering setup. Each well has its own 3,500 BTU jet burner and its own control, so a pan of rice and a pan of braised meat can sit at different heat levels side by side. A sneeze guard and a removable poly cutting board come with it, and a small electrical connection runs alongside the gas supply.

- You need both a gas line and a 120V outlet for the NEMA 5-15P plug.
- The page does not say whether it ships set for natural gas or propane. Confirm with us before you order.
- Overall height is listed two different ways on the page, so contact us for the exact figure if it has to fit under a shelf or hood.
- Food pans are not listed as included. Plan your pan sizes for two wells.
- Many health departments require hot food to be held at 135°F or above, and your local health department has the final say on hot holding.

Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a gas hookup or installer?
Yes. Gas equipment must be connected by a licensed gas professional. You will also need a flexible gas connector hose, which most equipment does not include. We sell a commercial gas connector kit with quick disconnect.
Is it natural gas or propane?

Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
