The mega top rail keeps every ingredient chilled and within arm’s reach, while the refrigerated base below holds back-up product so a busy line can be restocked without leaving the station. It arrives ready to work, supplied with (30) 1/6 size stainless steel food pans and a removable full-length cutting board.

Cooling is handled by an R290 hydrocarbon system holding a 33°F to 40°F cabinet range — cold enough to keep prepped product safe through a long service. The cabinet is SS430 stainless steel inside and out, so it wipes down fast and stands up to daily cleaning. Self-closing swing doors stay open past 90 degrees when you need both hands free, and the unit rolls on pre-installed 5″ casters with brakes on the front pair for cleaning behind and underneath.

Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a plumber or electrician?
Usually not. Most refrigeration plugs into an outlet, so check the voltage and plug type in the specifications above. After delivery, let it stand upright for several hours (ideally 24) before plugging it in so the refrigerant can settle.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, shown on this page. Keep your delivery paperwork, and inspect the unit for freight damage before signing for it.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
