3 Inch Casters
Low profile, keeps the table height close to standard. See 3 inch casters, set of 6.
4 Inch Casters
A common all-around size. See the 4 inch casters, set of 4 and 4 inch casters, set of 6.
5 Inch Casters
Larger wheels roll more easily over floor mats and drains. See 5 inch expanding stem casters with brakes.
Set of 4 or 6
Tables up to about 72 inches usually use four. Longer tables with a center leg pair use six.
Brakes
Use locking casters so the table stays put during prep.
Height
Casters add height. Check that the table still fits under shelves and at a comfortable working height.
