Gas cooking

• Gas ranges from 24 to 60 in. with open burners, griddle tops or both, and one or two ovens, each in natural gas or liquid propane (C-RO series). See commercial gas ranges.
• Gas fryers from 35 to 75 lb, including Energy Star models (an E in the model number, such as C-F40E). See gas fryers.
• Gas griddles from 24 to 48 in. with manual or thermostatic control (a T at the end of the model, such as C-G36T). See gas griddles.

Certification and warranty

Migali product pages list the equipment as ETL Listed, and several refrigeration models also list ETL sanitation to the NSF/ANSI 7 standard. Many Migali refrigeration models use R290 refrigerant. Warranty terms differ by product line, for example some refrigeration models list 2 years parts and labor with a longer compressor warranty, while other lines list 1 year parts and labor. The exact terms are on each product page, and an extended protection plan can be added there.

Delis, bakeries and markets

Sandwich shops and pizzerias

Choose a sandwich prep table by the number of pans you need on the rail, and a Big Top model if your menu has many toppings. Pizza prep tables come in 44, 67 and 93 in. lengths, with or without drawers.

Restaurant cook lines

A Migali range, fryer, griddle and charbroiler can sit side by side with a chef base underneath, so the cook has cold storage at the station. Order the gas type that matches your building: each gas model is listed separately in natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP).

Bars

Direct draw beer dispensers hold kegs under the bar with towers on top. Glass door merchandisers work as a back-of-house drink cooler.

How to read a Migali model number

• C-RO is the gas range line. The next part gives the top, for example 6B for six burners or 24GL for a 24 in. griddle, and the end gives the gas: NG or LP.
• On refrigeration, the number is usually the width in inches (C-SP48 is a 48 in. sandwich prep table), and BT means Big Top, D means drawers.
• Most Migali refrigeration model numbers end in HC.

Does Migali make both natural gas and propane equipment?

Yes. Migali gas ranges, fryers, griddles and broilers are listed in natural gas or liquid propane versions. Choose the one that matches your building’s gas supply.

Are Migali fryers Energy Star rated?

Some are. The models with an E in the model number, such as C-F40E and C-F50E, are listed as Energy Star. Energy Star fryers have lower BTU ratings than the standard models of the same size.

What is the difference between curved and straight glass deli cases?

Both hold the same kind of product. Curved glass gives a rounded front that many delis and bakeries like; straight glass gives a squared, modern look. Pick by the style of your counter.
