What True makes

Our True product pages list a 7 year warranty, and True’s own warranty terms apply, so check the product page for what the term covers on the model you choose. Every True unit we list uses R290 refrigerant (the HC at the end of the model number), the product pages describe the units as made in the USA, and many True models are NSF listed. Which True unit fits your business

Restaurants

TPP pizza prep tables hold toppings in the rail above a refrigerated base, in 1, 2 or 3 door lengths.

How to read a True model number

• The letters name the line: T for reach-ins, TUC undercounter, TWT worktop, TSSU sandwich and salad prep, TPP pizza prep, GDM glass door merchandiser, TBB back bar, TD bottle cooler, TDD direct draw.
• The number is usually the capacity class or width, for example TSSU-48 is a 48 in. prep table and TUC-27 is a 27 in. undercounter. On reach-ins such as T-35 the number is a size class, so check the product page for exact dimensions.
• F means freezer (TUC-48F), G means glass door, M on prep tables means Mega Top, and HC means hydrocarbon (R290) refrigerant.

What is a Mega Top prep table?

A Mega Top (M in the model number) holds more pans than the standard top of the same length: 18 pans instead of 12 on the 48 in. TSSU, for menus with many toppings.
