Size by the bag you pour in. Small shelf bins hold a few gallons for the line; rolling bins hold a full 50 lb bag of flour or sugar under a work table.

What to check before you order

Measure the clear height under the table where the bin will park, then compare it with the overall height on the product page, lid included. Size each bin to hold a full bag of the ingredient you buy, with room left to scoop. The same bin holds different weights of flour, sugar and rice, so go by the listed capacity, not a guess. Use one bin per ingredient and label it. Empty and wash the bin between bags; do not top off old product with new.
