The Express KitchQuip MPN1836 heated proofer and holding cabinet, crafted from aluminum, effectively conducts and retains heat. Its spacious full-size design provides ample room for food preparation and can securely accommodate up to (36) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Equipped with both proofing mode and adjustable humidity settings, it facilitates dough proofing before baking. Enhanced mobility is ensured by four 5-inch swivel casters, while corner bumpers safeguard against accidental impacts. For added stability, two casters feature brakes for stationary positioning when required. Additionally, the door hinges are reversible, providing flexibility to suit your preferences.
