Description
The Prepline DW1 is a single freestanding drawer warmer that holds cooked food at serving temperature in a closed, controlled drawer instead of under a heat lamp. It suits restaurants, cafeterias, dining halls and concession stands that cook ahead for a rush and need rolls, breads, proteins or vegetables held close to the line. What matters most: a thermostat range of 80°F to 220°F, an adjustable vent for moisture control, and a low 450 watt draw on standard 120V power.

Before you order
- Power: plan for a 120V outlet near where the warmer will sit. The plug type is not listed, so contact us if you need to confirm it.
- Space: allow for the 27.75 in. x 21 in. x 14.9 in. body plus clearance in front for the drawer to pull fully open.
- Feet come standard. Casters are an option and are not included.
- One pan is included. Extra pans of the same size let you swap a fresh batch in without waiting.
- Holding temperatures for hot food are set by your local health department, which has the final say. Check its rules before you set the thermostat.

Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Is it hard to set up?
No plumber, electrician or gas hookup is needed. Tables and shelving ship flat and assemble with basic hand tools. Wall shelves should be mounted into studs or solid backing.
How fast will it ship?
The shipping time is shown in the badge next to the price. Once your order ships you get an email with tracking. Freight carriers call to set up a delivery window.
Can I pick it up in New Jersey?
Many stainless steel items can be picked up at our Newark, NJ warehouse (250 Passaic St), Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm, by appointment. Please call 877-558-2253 before you come so we can confirm this item is ready for pickup.
