The Coldline CBT-72-CSG is a 72 in. refrigerated salad bar and cold buffet table with a canopy sneeze guard, a tray slide and a clear pan cover included. It is built for self-serve salad stations, buffets, cafeterias, caterers and grocery delis that need to keep cold food chilled and on display for hours. Why it works for self-serve
- Pan well for (15) 1/3 size or (30) 1/6 size pans up to 6 in. deep: enough slots for greens, toppings, proteins and dressings on one bar.
- Sneeze guard, tray slide and pan cover all included: the canopy guard shields food from guests, the slide gives them somewhere to set a plate, and the cover protects food between rushes.
- 2/3 HP refrigeration with digital control and auto defrost: you can watch and adjust the temperature at a glance without manual defrosting.
- Vented stainless steel divider: keeps the top display section separate from the storage below, which many health departments look for. Your local health department has the final say.
- Island-ready: stainless on front and back, the power cord feeds out through the bottom, and pre-drilled holes let you add a second tray slide (sold separately) for service from both sides.

Before you order
- Pans are not included. Order 1/3 or 1/6 size pans up to 6 in. deep to fill the well.
- Assembly: the refrigerated base and the sneeze guard kit ship separately, and you install the kit on arrival.
- Power: a standard 115V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug, drawing 5.5 amps.
- Space: plan for 71.1 in. by 29.5 in. of floor, plus 55.2 in. of overall height on its casters. If you want island service, leave room for guests on both sides.

Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a plumber or electrician?
Usually not. Most refrigeration plugs into an outlet, so check the voltage and plug type in the specifications above. After delivery, let it stand upright for several hours (ideally 24) before plugging it in so the refrigerant can settle.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, shown on this page. Keep your delivery paperwork, and inspect the unit for freight damage before signing for it.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
