Description
A glass door merchandiser is a display refrigerator: lit, glass fronted, and built to sell what is inside it. These Dukers units run from a 24″ single door that fits behind a counter up to a 78″ three-door wall of product, all standing about 79 1/2″ tall except the two smallest. They are the standard fixture for convenience stores, delis, cafeterias, bakeries, bodegas and any front-of-house spot where the cooler has to do the selling.
Swing doors or sliding doors?
- Swing (model ends in R) – the full opening at once, easiest for restocking a deep shelf. Needs floor space in front for the door arc.
- Sliding (model ends in SR) – doors slide across each other, so nothing swings into an aisle. The pick when the cooler faces a narrow walkway or a checkout queue.
How to pick the size
Two things decide it: how much linear wall you have, and how much power is on the circuit. A single-door 12R or 15R draws about 2 amps and plugs in anywhere. The two-door 40″ and 54″ models pull 8.8 to 9.8 amps, which is most of a 15-amp circuit on its own — check what else is sharing it before you order. The three-door 68SR and 69R actually draw less than the 47″ and 54″ pairs.
Note on the smaller two
The LG-430 and DSM-12R are shorter cabinets — 81 5/8″ and 68 1/8″ tall respectively — and the DSM-12R and DSM-15R are only 26″ deep, so they fit where the full-depth units will not. If ceiling height or depth is the constraint rather than width, start there.

Freight and liftgate delivery are included in the price shown, anywhere in the continental US. Nothing is added at checkout and there is nothing to pay the driver. Please have someone available to receive the unit and inspect it before signing.

Common Questions
Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a plumber or electrician?
Usually not. Most refrigeration plugs into an outlet, so check the voltage and plug type in the specifications above. After delivery, let it stand upright for several hours (ideally 24) before plugging it in so the refrigerant can settle.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, shown on this page. Keep your delivery paperwork, and inspect the unit for freight damage before signing for it.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
Equipment like this ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, so pickup usually is not available. If you are in the NJ/NY area, call 877-558-2253 and we will check for you.
