How to Choose
Sheet Pan Sizes
Full size sheet pans are 18″ x 26″. Half size are 18″ x 13″. Make sure your oven and racks fit.
Gauge
Lower gauge means thicker aluminum that resists warping.
Perforated Pans
Perforated pans let air reach the bottom of breads and rolls for a crisp crust.
Racks
Bun pan racks store and cool full trays. Wall mounted and table mounted racks save floor space.
