What do the letters in a Prepline steam table model mean?

G is gas and E is electric, the number is the length in inches and the well count follows (EST60-4 is a 60 in., 4 well electric table). O means open well and S means sealed well, and a C after ST means a cabinet base. Check the product page for how each model is filled and used.

What do the meat grinder numbers mean?

The number is the hub size: #12, #22 and #32. A larger hub means a larger grinding head and more capacity. The product pages list the motor power for each model.
