What to check before you order

Write down the make, model and tank size of your fryer before ordering anything, because baskets, covers, screens and filter parts are sized to specific tanks. Measure the inside of the fry pot if you are unsure. Then decide what is slowing you down: twin baskets help when you cook two items at once, while filter supplies and skimmers matter most for oil life. Ordering by appearance instead of by measurement is the usual reason a basket does not fit.
