Frequently asked questions

Are they certified?

The Migali hot plates are ETL listed.

Do you have full ranges?

Yes. See commercial gas ranges.

Is freight included?

Yes. Freight and liftgate delivery are included on every order to the continental United States, with nothing added at checkout.

What to check before you order

Choose the fuel first. Gas units need the right gas type, a supply line and a hood per local code, while electric units need an outlet that matches the voltage and plug on the spec sheet. Then count burners by how many pans run at the same time, not by how many menu items you have. Measure the counter or equipment stand, and allow the side and rear clearances the manual lists. Check that the grates suit your pan sizes, since a small saute pan can tip on wide grates.
