With a spacious 19.5 cubic feet of storage capacity, this CBT-60-CSG 60″ Stainless Steel Refrigerated Salad Bar, Buffet Table provides ample room for salads, fruits, and toppings. Two removable plastic-coated steel shelves add extra versatility, allowing you to organize your ingredients efficiently.

A convenient tray slide is included, giving guests or staff a comfortable surface to rest trays while serving. For added flexibility, pre-drilled holes on both the front and back of the unit allow an additional tray slide (sold separately) to be installed on the opposite side.

Powered by a robust 1/2 HP refrigeration system, the CBT-60-CSG 60″ Stainless Steel Refrigerated Salad Bar, Buffet Table maintains a consistent temperature range of 33–41°F, keeping food at optimal freshness. The standard 115V plug feeds through the bottom of the unit so that is not exposed to your customers.

Removable Corrosion Resistant Shelves

Express KitchQuip salad bars come with removable epoxy-coated shelves, allowing for easy cleaning and customization. With a weight capacity of 90 lbs., each shelf can hold plenty of heavy items without bending or buckling.
