Designed for countertop applications, the Waring WSM7L planetary mixer has a 7-quart capacity. It comes with a large stainless steel bowl with an ergonomic, built-in handle. Using a variable speed control dial on the front, the unit can be set to operate at 11 speeds. Along with this dial, there is an LED power indicator light.
To protect users when the agitators are spinning, a removable, transparent splash guard is built into the Waring WSM7L commercial mixer. Without stopping the unit and removing the piece, the feed chute in the guard ensures operators can add ingredients without stopping the unit. A whisk, dough hook, and mixing paddle are included with the mixer, and they are all, along with the stainless steel bowl, safe in the dishwasher. Rubber feet keep the mixer stable on the counter when the agitators rotate around the bowl.
