The Prepline PSP20 is a 20 lb. digital portion control scale for delis, bakeries, sandwich shops, grocery counters and small warehouses that weigh product all day. It reads to 0.1 oz., runs on either a 9V battery or the included 6V AC adapter, and has a removable stainless steel platter that wipes clean between jobs.
Why it works on a busy prep line
