Before you order
- At 13.3 amps, give it its own 15 amp circuit rather than sharing with another heating appliance.
- Leave space around the sides and back for airflow.
- Check your pans: it takes 1/2 size sheet pans, not full size.

Common Questions
Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
What voltage and plug does it need?
Check the specifications above. Smaller units run on a standard 120V outlet; larger units need 208V or 240V and may need an electrician to install the right outlet. Match the plug type to your outlet before delivery.
How fast will it ship?
The shipping time is shown in the badge next to the price. Once your order ships you get an email with tracking. Freight carriers call to set up a delivery window.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
Equipment like this ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, so pickup usually is not available. If you are in the NJ/NY area, call 877-558-2253 and we will check for you.
