The highlight of this model is the 24-inch charbroiler, which utilizes heavy-duty cast iron radiants to provide even heat distribution and that sought-after smoky “outdoor grill” flavor. The reversible cast iron grates allow you to adjust the cooking profile for different proteins, from delicate fish to thick-cut steaks.
Flanking the charbroiler are six high-output burners, each providing 30,000 BTUs of power. Below, two full-size static ovens offer plenty of space for roasting or holding, accommodating full-size sheet pans side-by-side.
Construction & Maintenance: Standard Range units are built to last. The SR-R60-24CB features a fully welded frame and a stainless steel exterior that resists corrosion and is easy to wipe down. Maintenance is further simplified by a full-width crumb tray and lift-off burner heads.
