- Air cooled machines need room to breathe; leave the clearance the manual calls for around the vents.

Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a plumber?
Yes. Ice machines need a water supply line and a floor drain nearby, so plan for a plumber. A water filter is strongly recommended to protect the machine and improve ice quality.
Do I need a separate bin?
Modular ice machine heads need a storage bin, sold separately. Undercounter models and units listed "with bin" are complete. Check the title and specifications above.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
Equipment like this ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, so pickup usually is not available. If you are in the NJ/NY area, call 877-558-2253 and we will check for you.
