Description
A countertop gas hot plate is open burners and nothing else — 32,000 BTU under each one, lift-off cast iron grates, and an independent control every 12 inches. It is the piece you add when you need two more burners for a sauce station, a prep line, a food truck or a concession stand and you do not have the floor space or the budget for another range.
How many burners?
- 12″ – 2 burners at 64,000 BTU/h total. Fits in a gap on an existing line.
- 24″ – 4 burners at 128,000 BTU/h total. The common food truck and prep station size.
- 36″ – 6 burners at 192,000 BTU/h total. A full sauce or saute station on its own.

Gas
Ships set up for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included. Natural gas runs at 4″ WC, propane at 10″ WC. Note the depth — 32 5/8″ is deeper than a standard 30″ counter, so check your overhang before you order.

Freight and liftgate delivery are included in the price shown, anywhere in the continental US. Nothing is added at checkout and there is nothing to pay the driver. Please have someone available to receive the unit and inspect it before signing.

Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a gas hookup or installer?
Yes. Gas equipment must be connected by a licensed gas professional. You will also need a flexible gas connector hose, which most equipment does not include. We sell a commercial gas connector kit with quick disconnect.
Is it natural gas or propane?
The specifications above show which gas type the unit ships for and whether it can be converted. If you are not sure which you need, call 877-558-2253 before ordering.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
Equipment like this ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, so pickup usually is not available. If you are in the NJ/NY area, call 877-558-2253 and we will check for you.
