Description
A refrigerated cake showcase is a display case first and a refrigerator second. Glass on the front and both ends, LED in the canopy and on every level, two shelves giving you three levels of product, and a black finish that lets the cake do the talking. It holds 33 to 41 F, so buttercream, mousse, cheesecake and cream pies stay safe on the counter all day.
Straight glass or curved?
- Straight glass – flat front, square lines. Reads modern, takes up less depth (28 1/2″ against 29 7/8″) and stands 51″ tall. Easier to clean and easier to stand a tall cake in.
- Curved glass – the classic patisserie front. Softer look, slightly deeper and taller, and the curve throws less glare from overhead lighting onto the top shelf.
Which width?
36″, 48″, 60″ and 72″. All four are the same height and depth within their glass style, so the only question is counter run. A 36″ holds a working day of product for a coffee shop; a 72″ is a full bakery front. Nothing here is modular, so pick the width that fits the space you have rather than planning to add a second later.
Before you order
These are counter-height floor cases, 51″ or 53 1/2″ tall. Confirm your doorway and the path in — a 72″ case in one piece does not turn a tight corner.

Freight and liftgate delivery are included in the price shown, anywhere in the continental US. Nothing is added at checkout and there is nothing to pay the driver. Please have someone available to receive the unit and inspect it before signing.

Common Questions
Is shipping free, and is liftgate delivery included?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with nothing added at checkout. Larger items ship by freight truck with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Smaller items ship by parcel. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Do I need a plumber or electrician?
Usually not. Most refrigeration plugs into an outlet, so check the voltage and plug type in the specifications above. After delivery, let it stand upright for several hours (ideally 24) before plugging it in so the refrigerant can settle.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, shown on this page. Keep your delivery paperwork, and inspect the unit for freight damage before signing for it.
Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
Equipment like this ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, so pickup usually is not available. If you are in the NJ/NY area, call 877-558-2253 and we will check for you.
